Proof of a $100,000 minimum liability or property damage insurance policy is required for the term of your lease. "633 W North Owner LLC" MUST be listed as an interested party on your policy. A copy of your declarations page will be required at the time of move-in prior to keys being released. You may use any agency of your choice but we have set up a contact to provide seamless policy set up with Assurant.

North+ Vine is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Old Town near Lincoln Park.

We clean, paint and complete a full maintenance inspection.

Residents are welcome to secure a covered and reserved parking space on the second floor of the garage via Parkade; contingent on availability. Pricing ranges from $300 - $350; pricing may fluctuate. In addition, we are proud to offer an additional amenity; guest parking for visitors of our residents. Residents are required to make reservations on behalf of their guests via Parkade.

Washer and dryer are included in every North+Vine apartment.

You are allowed to paint, hange pictures/televisions but the North+Vine apartment must be returned to us in the same condition that it was at time of move-in.

Yes, there is a monthly utility fee that includes gas, water/sewer, trash, and common electric. Studios $85 per month, One-Bedrooms $100 per month, Two-Bedrooms $135 per month, and all Penthouses $150 per month

All applicants 18 years of age or older must submit an application and pay a $65 application fee. We will verify credit, criminal, and income; must meet a rent to income ratio of 35%

Our Old Town apartment community offers a resort-inspired pool with sundeck, health club with cardio and strength training equipment, a resident lounge, media loung, and social lounge.  The North+Vine apartments offer quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, custom cabinetry, washer and dryer in every home, and oversized windows for plenty of natural light.
